While maintaining a healthy lifestyle complete with a well-rounded diet and plenty of exercise and activity is important for the Rustrum family, holistic health is so much more than that. Tye and Ann believe that the most complete form of health is in every aspect of life––physical, emotional, spiritual, personal, and relational. And although achieving holistic health is by no means a simple task because each area of your life requires constant attention and improvement, it’s necessary in order to improve the person as a whole.

That’s why the Rustrums believe in filling your life with positive influences, role models, and people to learn from. Tye and Ann know from experience that if you find someone to look up to in each area of your life, you constantly have someone encouraging, motivating, and pushing you to be better and do better. And if you fill your life with positive influence, you will create a team of people who believe in you and, as a result, will teach you to believe in yourself. By doing just that, Tye and Ann have discovered that if you learn to believe in yourself in all that you do, you innately become a more confident, more complete, and healthier person.

This kind of complete health plays a daily role in the Rustrum household because Tye and Ann know from personal experience that in order to become a better version of yourself you have to be willing to push yourself day in and day out to reach your goals. As a result, the two of them have made an effort every day to be that positive influence for each other and others, so there is a constant source of encouragement within and outside of their home. In doing so, they have successfully established an environment where personal growth is a daily focus by promoting a teachable mindset and a willingness to improve. If there is anything their journey through life together has taught them, it’s that you have to be willing to change and ready to overcome whatever life throws at you in order to become the best and most complete person you can be.
